2011 Race
Well, our race lived up to it's icy logo...11 degrees at the start, with a snowy, squishy trail.  We also offered up a lot of:
Family Fun. Hills.  Spills.  Dogs.  Donuts.  Hot Starbucks Coffee.
Mugs.  Music.  Marines!  Dick Ross.  And shoe-screwing mayhem.
No records were set, except a record for FUN.
Thanks Again & happy trails,
Bad Ben & MudBabe Sophia

2010 Results  (129 Starters)
Two Records were set for the event this year, despite the sometimes icy and treacherous conditions, and the 1600' of elevation change for the 5K course.
Sara Hiller, Springfield, MO (23:12)
Paul Hefferon, Kansas City, KS (17:34)!!!

We "mug" our participants.

Emily Duethman leads Carolyn McDermott on the trail.

Trail Nerd races are an All Ages family affair.

KU fans start out with a zany outlook on life.
