Limited Number of Participants
REGISTER EARLY! Due to
the success of this event, it will be limited to 100 total participants. Online entry $25 before 01/18/09, $35 thereafter.
Late mail entry $40. This is to ensure that everybody gets a long-sleeve technical t-shirt and a mug. Limit 100
entrants. The Psycho Wyco (50K, 20M, 10M) is scheduled on another date.
Course
The course is an out-and-back
course on very hilly and tough trails. These trails aren't "sissy" groomed or paved trails; they're the real thing.
Food and Aid Stations
We will have homemade hot
soup for all participants, after the race(s). Yum! There will be staffed and water aid station at the turnaround point. Take a water bottle with you, there will be no cups at the turnaround.
Shirts
Well-designed long sleeve
"technical" t-shirts for all participants that enter prior to January 30. No guarantee of a shirt or proper size for later
registrants.

Charity
The "Kansas City Trail
Nerds" group is dedicated to having affordable and fun trail events, and it's our mission to add and maintain singletrack
trail systems in an environmentally proactive and responsible manner. The Trail Nerds are part of the Kansas City Track Club,
which is a federally recognized 501(c)3, not-for-profit corporation. Any proceeds leftover after race expenses are funneled
back into trail advocacy activities and putting on even more fun and inexpensive (future) events.
Packet Pickup:
Packet Pickup: Saturday,
January 31, from noon to 7 p.m. at Dynamic Earth, at NW corner of 135th St & Metcalf, Overland Park, Kansas (Or you can show up on race day 45-minutes early). Keep in mind that the park
will not open until 7:00 a.m., and we'll be setting up until 7:15 a.m.
Psycho 50K and other races
The 50K this year is a
separate event held on Saturday, Feb 14.
Bring a Water Bottle
Take a water bottle with
you, there will be no cups at the turnaround. This is to promote sustainability by eliminating potential trash.
