Some suggested goals to list:
Any special races that you want to do in 2007.
A new race distance that
you want to conquer. (Like running your first marathon or ultra).
A new race pace goal. (Like a sub 25-minute 5K,
etc.)
A specific total-mileage goal for 2007.
Run "X" number of days (minimum) in 2007.
A fun place that you plan
to travel to for a race.
Or another fitness or running goal.
I'll start it out.

A 2nd attempt at Cascade Crest Classic 100

Run the Heartland 50-Mile, then set-up and man the aid station at mile 95 for the 100-miler.
Lake Perry 50K, (new
race in KS)
Dude, Where's the Trail? (MO) 50 Km
And many shorter trail races throughout the year
Pace goal: A sub-22 hour 100-miler and sub-9:30:00
50-Miler.
Total Mileage goal: >2600 miles
And stay healthy!
