Shirts: Well-designed (technical) short sleeve t-shirts for all participants
that enter prior to August 25. No guarantee of a shirt or proper size for later registrants.
Food: We will have “appropriate” and great food for all participants.
Post race food by Chef Gary Hild, of Unity. Yum!

Bring one or more of "most needed items" for Harvesters, or donate funds. A large part of
our race proceeds will be donated to Harvesters, after expenses.

August 30, from noon to 7 p.m. at Garry Gribble's Running Sports (Ward Pkwy), at 85th Street & State Line Rd., Kansas
City, MO. (Or you can show up on race day 1-hour early).
